Source Code: The source code for our products is not available with the software. We are willing to agree on the use of an Escrow service. The costs for this facility are solely for the account of the customer.

Software Audit: The source code may be, by prior arrangement, audited on request. The costs for this facility are solely for the account of the requester.

Version Support: Support can only be ensured with the purchase of either, an Upgrade Plan or a Maintenance Plan. Both Plans entitle the customer to the latest release of the software. We currently support only the current version of our software.
